Stuart Knight, Nottingham city council’s director of strategic asset and property management, has quit to set up his own property consultancy firm.
Knight joined the council in October 2012. Prior to that he worked at JLL and King Sturge in Manchester.
While at the council, he was responsible for rationalising its property portfolio and using the council’s assets to bring forward redevelopment and regeneration in the city.
The new company is called Knight Property Consulting.
