Esher and Oxford have emerged as the two most expensive places to rent property in the UK.
A two-bedroom property in Esher would cost around £2,000 a month in rent, while a similar property in Oxford would be around £1,600, data from Rightmove showed. The latter represents a rise of 11.7% on the year.
Other areas featuring among the top 10 most expensive rental locations included Berkshire and Surrey.
