Orchard Street Investment Management has appointed Chancerygate as development partner for its £10m scheme at Maylands Avenue in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Construction of the 70,950 sq ft industrial scheme is scheduled to start in October with completion next summer.
Orchard Street acquired the site last year as part of the Orbital Portfolio.
Chancerygate managing director Eddie Cook said: “Jonathan Lee will lead the development management team with Tony Hynes overseeing construction and project management services. Their detailed knowledge of the site, location and market will be of great benefit to the development.”
