Taylor Wimpey has bought another phase of the former army barracks at Millbrook Park, Mill Hill, NW7.
The 4.3-acre site was sold by The Inglis Consortium, a partnership between St Modwen, VINCI, Annington Property and the London Borough of Barnet.
Taylor Wimpey will deliver 89 new homes on site. In total, the former barracks has overall outline planning consent for 2,174 new homes, a primary school and local shops.
The first phases have been almost fully delivered with both Taylor Wimpey and Linden Homes having completed houses, which are now occupied. Cala Homes and Countryside Properties are developing further phases.
