Atrium Capital issues €150m unsecured bonds

Atrium-Capital-logoAtrium Capital has successfully issued €150m (£112m) of unsecured bonds adding to the €350m it issued in October 2014.

The proceeds of the 3.625% coupon bond’s sale will be used to refinance existing debt in the company and also allow it to invest further in its core central and Eastern European retail strategy.

The bond’s were priced at 106.395% representing a yield of 2.9% and join the existing €350m of 3.625% bonds the company issued last year.

Both issues have an expected maturity date of October 2022 and have been rated BBB- by Standard & Poors and Fitch.

The bonds were placed with institutional debt investors.
