Orchard harvests Old Jewry deals

8-10-Old-Jewry-EC2Orchard Street Investment Management has secured five new lettings at the former City home of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation.

Morgan Sindall, Korea Exchange Bank, Boyden Associates, MJ Hudson and Xconnect will take a total of 32,000 sq ft at 8-10 Old Jewry, EC2.

The deals are all for 10 years, some with five-year break options, paying up to £56.50 per sq ft. The scheme has 41,407 sq ft of offices and a restaurant.

One further floor is under offer, leaving 6,847 sq ft available. Orchard Street manages the building on behalf of St James’s Place. JLL and Gryphon Property Partners are the letting agents.
