British Land’s company secretary Victoria Penrice has resigned after less than a year, the company has announced in a statement to the London Stock Exchange.
Appointed in August 2014, Penrice is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and had previously been with mining company Eurasian Natural Resources.
She will be replaced by interim company secretary Charles Middleton until a permanent replacement is found.
