The John Laing Pension Trust has turned to auctions to sell one of its five remaining properties as it looks to dispose of the last of its portfolio.
The George shopping centre in Grantham, Lincolnshire, is to be offered at Acuitus’s sale on 21 May as part of a 69-strong catalogue.
The 50,000 sq ft mall produces £381,016 pa and is guided at £950,000. The sale will take place at the Radisson Blu Portman, W1.
