Niche London agencies Richard Susskind & Company and Hoffman Partners have linked up to create a property management company.

The new firm, Susskind Asset Management, will focus on the Farringdon, Clerkenwell, Shoreditch and Old Street markets in which Richard Susskind specialises.

West End-based Hoffman Partners specialises in property and portfolio management.

The pair believe they have identified a gap in the market, with a dearth of management specialists operating in the City fringe.

Hoffman Partners head of property management Ewa Kim will head up the venture, which is in negotiations to secure its first instruction.

Director Richard Susskind said: “We are big believers in collaborative dialogue with our other departments in order to minimise our clients’ operational costs and to reduce their risk.

“This approach also allows us to maximise the value of an asset through good leasing strategy and informed input into lease renewals and rent reviews.’’
