The property, offered on behalf of a private family who had owned it for more than 60 years, generates £74,955 pa, reflecting a 3.49% yield.
It was bought by a private individual and was one of 49 lots to sell on the day, out of 54 offered.
The sale raised a total of £15.8m, reflecting a 91% success rate.
The auction took place at the Radisson Blu Portman, W1, on 12 May.
