A battle at the top of EGi’s first M25 offices league table saw Savills scrape past LSH to take the gold medal – but only just.
With just 3,000 sq ft in it, Savills took the top spot with 11% of the market, to LSH’s 10.96%.
Knight Frank acted on two of the biggest deals in the year to the end of March, including 128,000 sq ft to Frazer-Nash Research in Windlesham, Surrey.

Going down – M25 North East
Just 10% of the sq ft signed in the M25 was taken in the North East quadrant of the market. CBRE secured a victory here signing one in every five deals.
Going up – M25 West
The West quadrant of the M25 saw the lion’s share of deals this year, with 80% of all office space disposed of in this sector. But it was the North West that secured the most amount of space let and deals at 467.
EGi defines the M25 based on local authority district boundaries in the Greater London region (excluding central London).
