Liberty Property Trust and Stoford Developments have unveiled proposals for the £38m Liberty Park scheme in Lichfield, Staffordshire.
Work has started on site for the 435,000 sq ft industrial and warehouse scheme and associated infrastructure, which is due to complete in November.
Improvements are being made to the local road network including a new access road to the site. The scheme is located close to the A38.
