Savills has topped Estates Gazette’s M25 Office League Table, squeezing past LSH by just 0.4% market share.
The battle for the top spot saw Savills dispose of more than 600,000 sq ft of office space securing 11% of the market, just 3,000 sq ft ahead of Lambert Smith Hampton. This is despite LSH signing 50% more deals than its rival.
More than 80% of take-up was signed for in the western half of the M25 with the North West quadrant stacking up the most deals at 467.
Stiles Harold Williams coasted to first place in both southern corners with a total of 608,030 sq ft disposed across 112 deals, almost double second place Knight Frank in the South East.
CBRE & Knight Frank were the only two agents to achieve a top five rank in three or more quadrants, with the latter acting for the vendor in the two largest deals in the M25 market this year, namely the 128,000 sq ft sale to Frazer-Nash Research at Highams Hall, Windlesham, Surrey, and the 101,000 sq ft sale of McCormack House in Chiswick.
