Endurance Land has submitted plans for a £100m mixed-use redevelopment of an NCP car park site at 66-86 Farringdon Road, EC1.
The Sheppard Robson-designed scheme comprises a 171-bedroom hotel, 32,000 sq ft of offices and 4,400 sq ft of shops.
Endurance bought the site last year for £31.2m. It was previously part of Blackstone and Royal Bank of Scotland’s £1.4bn Project Isobel. It was earmarked by Islington council for development in its 2013 site allocation document.
