Mills to leave Colliers International

Colliers-International-logo-new-2014-THUMB.jpegColliers International North West investment head and former JLL West End senior director Jonathan Mills is resigning from the firm after nine months in the Manchester office.

He will join five former members of Tushingham Moore at niche retail, leisure and investment agency Metis Real Estate Advisors, which was set up earlier this month.

Mills joined Colliers in August 2014 after 13 years at JLL, having worked in the West End team since 2013. He was previously head of JLL’s Manchester office.

Stephen Tregenza, Dan Davies and Paul Jones are the founding directors of Metis. Jon Phillips has joined as director and Suzanne Hilditch as associate director.

The firm has already been appointed by Grosvenor on Liverpool ONE, by Aviva on Corn Exchange, Manchester, and by Wykeland on Flemingate in Beverley.
