CBRE and Savills have been appointed as selling agents at The Clearings on Draycott Avenue, SW3.
The £900m luxury residential scheme, owned by Citygrove and McLaren Properties with the backing of Sports Direct founder and Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley, is expected to achieve a value of £4,000 per sq ft.
The site, bought from John Lewis last month for more than £200m, has planning permission for 62 flats and seven townhouses.
Its development will involve the relocation of Marlborough Primary School and is therefore not expected to commence until 2017.
