Former CBRE head of Manchester office agency Mark Worthington has set up a consultancy in Liverpool with Mason Owen director Andrew Owen.
Worthington (pictured left) moved to Manchester with CBRE in June 2014 to replace Alex Russell, who moved to Property Alliance Group.
Owen was head of business space at Mason Owen.
Worthington Owen will be based in Liverpool’s Exchange Flags.
Worthington said: “We believe there is a gap in the Liverpool commercial property market for an energetic yet experienced firm able to offer innovative and truly independent advice to both landlord and occupier clients.”
Owen said: “We are delighted with the response we have had since starting the business a few days ago and have already secured business from Standard Life, Royal London, Hudson Advisors, Downing, Invel Real Estate, Schroders, Grosvenor, Mordril and Arrowcroft.”
