The former home of Michael Jackson is being listed for sale at an asking price of $100m, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
The pop star, who died in 2009, bought the ranch in 1988.
Thomas Barrack of Colony Capital, which took over the property from Jackson, said last year he was looking at marketing the California property.
