Land Securities is close to securing 60,000 sq ft of deals in Victoria, including the first office tenants at its landmark Nova South development, SW1.
US private equity firm Advent International is close to taking 24,000 sq ft at Nova South. It currently occupies 20,000 sq ft at 111 Buckingham Palace Road, SW1.
Recruitment firm Egon Zehnder has also narrowed its search for 20,000 sq ft to Nova South or 62 Buckingham Gate, SW1, which was also developed by LandSec.
It is currently based in Devonshire House, W1.
Last March World Remit placed 25,000 sq ft under
offer in May at 62 Buckingham Gate, becoming the first tenant to sign at the block in more than a year.
LandSec has also secured a 16,500 sq ft letting at Portland House in Victoria, taking the 307,000 sq ft office block – which had been earmarked for residential conversion – to full occupation.
At 296,099 sq ft, Nova South is the largest office block being developed by LandSec in Victoria. It is scheduled to complete in April 2016.
