Knight Frank has been instructed to find a buyer for a £45m student scheme in Canterbury, Kent.
Canbury Holdings is seeking a forward-funding partner for the 539-bed Palmon Court, which will be the largest student development in the city once completed.
The scheme was awarded planning permission this week. James Pullan, head of student property at Knight Frank, said: “The scheme will attract interest from investors in the UK and overseas.”
