Outsourcing group G4S has sublet its 6,105 sq ft office at the top floor of Swedish landlord Cityhold’s The Peak building in Victoria, SW1, to LCM Partners.
G4S took the space in January 2012 as a base for its senior staff during the 2012 London Olympics.
Previously based in Camelford House, 89 Albert Embankment, SE1, investment firm LCM will pay £72.50 per sq ft, above G4S’s passing rent of £64 per sq ft, for the space, considered the most expensive of its size in Victoria.
LCM will take a 10-year sublease with a review in 2016 and break in 2021. DTZ acted for G4S. Asset Plus One advised the tenant.
