BNP Paribas Real Estate has joined up with Belfast-based TDK Commercial Property Consultants.
The alliance covers the transaction, consulting, valuation and property management business lines for corporate real estate.
The agreement is part of BNP PRE’s international expansion. The company now has 3,800 employees operating in 16 countries.
TDK was formed in 2010 and has led H&M’s and Dealz’s expansion in Ireland over the past five years, including the acquisition of H&M’s flagship store on College Green.
TDK’s Mark Thallon said: “By signing this alliance agreement we are delighted to be aligning ourselves with BNP Paribas Real Estate, a growing brand throughout Europe and within the UK and Ireland. We are confident this will grow our client base and enable our existing client base to benefit from the large BNP Paribas Real Estate network.”
