Bruce Gillingham Pollard has hired Millie Wilson from Cushman & Wakefield to join as associate director working alongside Woody Bruce.
Wilson specialised in restaurant and retail leasing experience in both a high street and shopping centre capacity at Savills and Cushman & Wakefield.
Her instructions included St David’s, Cardiff, Here East, Hackney Wick and Islington Square, WC2.
Wilson will join the independent boutique commercial letting consultancy to work primarily on the Hammerson portfolio, as well as the business’s central London schemes and Tunsgate, Guildford to which Bruce Gillingham and Pollard were recently appointed.
Bruce said: “We are delighted that Millie will be joining Bruce Gillingham Pollard. It is vital to strengthen the team with another key appointment at associate director level, alongside Charlotte Brunt who joined us in late 2014.”
