Net-a-Porter sees sales rise

Net-a-Porter reported a 20% rise in sales to £654m in the year ended March, while the company swung to a pretax profit of £11m from a loss of £10m a year earlier.

The number of active customers rose to 887,000, while customer orders increased to 2.6m.

The figures are likely to be the company’s last before it merges with Yoox – a merger has been agreed and is expected to be completed in October.
