Gatehouse Bank has promoted Will Innes to vice-president within the real estate investment team.
Innes joins the Shariah-compliant bank after seven years’ experience working in both the principal and advisory side of real estate.
He spent a portion of his career in Abu Dhabi working for Aldar Properties PJS, and most recently at Waypoint Capital.
So far Innes has been involved in the venture with Sigma Capital to roll-out a large portfolio of private-rented residential homes and the purchase of a 320,000 sq ft logistics property in Doncaster, which is let to Omega.
Gatehouse recently agreed with Sigma Capital to build a £1bn portfolio of 10,000 rental homes across the UK over the next five years.
