Hammerson and Ballymore have unveiled revised plans for the 10.3-acre Bishopgsgate Goodsyard site, E1.
The new plans add almost 140,000 sq ft of office space via the expansion of the two main blocks and the addition of a third smaller office.
The height of several residential towers has been reduced by up to six storeys, taking the number of homes down by 108.
The mix of homes has also been changed in favour of more flats of at least two bedrooms, while the materials have changed to more brick and less glass.
The changes respond to feedback from the Greater London Authority’s first-stage report on the scheme.
