JLL’s UK chairman Chris Ireland has been appointed as chairman of the Investment Property Forum.
His term of office will be one year.
Nabarro partner and head of real estate Ciaran Carvalho has been appointed vice-chairman.
Ireland said under his chairmanship the IPF would seek to influence the “long overdue emergence of alternative investment sectors”, including student housing, healthcare and renewables, as mainstream institutional investments in the UK.
