Atrium European Real Estate has repurchased €77.4m (£55.5m) of outstanding floating-rate notes held on the company.
The repurchase follows the company’s announcement on 5 June to buy back the balance of the €130m issue expiring 2017 for €80 over a €1,000 nominal amount.
The offer expired on 19 June with €77.4m of bills put forward for repurchase by that time, which Atrium decided to repurchase in full.
The company now holds €123.55m of the full issue, including the €46.15m it already held.
