Blackstone is set to pay $400m for a shopping mall and parking garage in Queens, in New York City, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The purchase of the properties – part of Sky View Parc in the Flushing area of Queens – is Blackstone’s biggest NYC deal outside of Manhattan.
