Internos hires Lees
Internos Global Investors has poached Aviva Investors’ Roger Lees to be its chief financial officer. Lees was previously Aviva’s finance director and chief operating officer. He will report to Andrew Thornton, chief executive of Internos.
CBRE bolsters Capital Advisors
CBRE has recruited Marco Rampin from BNP Paribas and Tim Ryan from JP Morgan to strengthen its Capital Advisors business. Rampin, who will become head of debt and structured finance in Europe, was responsible for commercial real estate distribution and structuring at BNP Paribas. Ryan was previously head of real estate at JP Morgan in Australia and will become head of strategic advisory.
SIM poaches Pradera’s Bury
Savills Investment Management has poached Pradera chief executive James Bury for the newly created role of chief operating officer. Bury, who will sit on the board, will be responsible for HR, IT and risk, among other duties, which include expanding the business globally. He will report to Justin O’Connor, chief executive of Savills Investment Management.
