Unite Students has submitted plans for a pair of developments in Aberdeen and Liverpool with a combined gross development value of £120m.
The scheme in Aberdeen (pictured), designed by Acanthus Architects, comprises 632 student beds on Constitution Street, and will include a courtyard and roof terraces.
The Rio Architects-designed Liverpool development proposes 769 student beds and 3,700 sq ft of shops on Oldham Street and Leece Street.
