Facebook has signed for 34,000 sq ft at The Office Group’s premises at Derwent’s 2 Stephen Street, W1.
It is expected to serve as overflow space for the social media giant, which signed for a further 66,000 sq ft at Regent’s Place, NW1, in April.
Facebook also occupies an additional 87,000 sq ft at Regent’s Place, and has its UK headquarters at 10 Brock Street, NW1.
The Office Group signed for the space in January.
