Commercial Estates Group has submitted the first detailed plans for the £400m Kirkstall Forge development in Leeds.
The developer aims to build a seven-storey, 167,000 sq ft office on plot J1 of the historic site that would be one of the largest new-build offices in Leeds.
Plans have been submitted to Leeds city council for the block, which will boast floorplates of up to 20,000 sq ft. T
he project involves 1,385 homes and as much as 300,000 sq ft of office, retail and leisure space.
