Brockton Capital has placed a £90m office-led opportunity in a prime spot on Shoreditch High Street, E1, under offer.
The private equity real estate fund manager has agreed terms with Dominic White’s Shoreditch Village Holdings to secure a new headlease on the second phase of its 0.8-acre City fringe site.
It has agreed to pay just over the £20m asking price for the 160-year headlease. Architect De Metz Forbes Knight has drawn up revised plans for the site featuring a 52,500 sq ft building, plus market kiosks and public realm. Knight Frank advised Shoreditch Village Holdings.
