Related Cos. has reached a deal to sell the top 13 storeys of One MiMA Tower in Manhattan to Kuafu for an undisclosed amount.
Kuafu, a New York-based company with Chinese funding, will redevelop the space into luxury condominiums which it will offer at more attractive prices than those offered by other developers.
