The latest sale from The Agents Property Auction achieved an 80% success rate on 29 June at the Marriott Hotel, Newcastle, raising £3.3m.

Some 43 lots were offered.


Land cash for charities

Children for Cancer and the RSPCA will be the beneficiaries from the sale of four adjoining plots of land being offered by Auction House London on 22 July.

The plots form part of a larger 2.7-acre site, close to a housing estate in Wrexham, north Wales.

The sale, which includes 107 other lots, will take place at the Landmark Hotel, NW1.


Six sell for Stephen & Co

Lots offered at the latest Stephen & Co sale on 1 July at the Commodore Hotel, Weston-Super-Mare, raised £850,750 and registered an 84% success rate.

Properties included a semi-detached chalet with three bedrooms, located in Clevedon, Avon, which sold for £240,000.


Hostel guided at £8m

The top lot at Allsop Residential’s upcoming sale is a Grade II listed stucco-fronted, six-storey terrace, with a guide price of £8m.

Arranged as a hostel, the property on Inverness Terrace, W2, comprises 7,629 sq ft, and comes with planning permission for five flats serviced by a lift.

The auction takes place on 16 July at the Cumberland hotel, W1.


Buyers tackle Pattinson lots

Pattinson Property Auctions sold just 14% of its 53 conditional lots, raising £565,000, and 12% of its nine unconditional lots, raising £52,000, at its 30 June sale at Newcastle Falcons Rugby Football Club, Newcastle.
