Roman Abramovich has submitted a planning application to Kensington and Chelsea council for a new swimming pool to replace the current “miserable” one at his Kensington Palace Gardens house.
The application also includes a proposal to build a new dining room, lounge and gym.
The new pool would be built under gardens at the property.
