LaSalle Investment Management and Hermes have appointed CBRE to sell a trio of regional designer outlet centres for £107.5m.

The trophy asset in the portfolio is the 244,000 sq ft Junction 32 Outlet Shopping Village in Castleford, West Yorkshire.

It is valued at £76m, reflecting a 7.5% yield, and is let to tenants including Bench and Adidas.

Also on offer are the 120,000 sq ft Freeport Fleetwood Outlet Village in Lancashire, valued at £15.5m, an 8.5% yield, and the 158,000 sq ft Freeport Talke Outlet Mall in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, valued at £16m, an 8% yield.

LaSalle manages a stake in the centres on behalf of the Royal Mail Pension Plan, which has been selling off its retail assets.

Last year it sold its half stake in the High Cross centre in Lancashire, which was held in the same fund as the designer outlets, to joint owner Hammerson for £280m.

λ Savills is marketing the Arcades shopping centre in Ashton-under-Lyne, Lancashire, on behalf of receivers at Grant Thornton, for £24m, a 9% yield.

Bought at the peak of the market for £89m, the 138,691 sq ft centre has 45 shops and generates rental income of £2.9m pa.
