Meyer Bergman has bought the long-leasehold of the Céline store at 103 Mount Street, W1, for £81m – a 3% yield – from Kajima Properties. Michael Elliot advised Meyer Bergman; DTZ acted for Kajima Properties.
Ropemaker ties up retail park
Ropemaker Properties has bought Reedswood retail park in Walsall, West Midlands, for £23.8m – a 6% yield. The 116,358 sq ft retail warehouse was sold on behalf of the Church Commissioners. Ropemaker Properties was advised by HSM; the vendor was represented by Griffiths Eccles.
Crescent sets heights at EC4
Crescent Heights has bought Vintners Place, EC4, through its vehicle CH Vintners at UK LLC for £160m – a 6% yield. The offices, at 68 Upper Thames Street, were acquired from GreenOak Real Estate in conjunction with Downtown Properties. GM Real Estate and JLL advised the vendor; Crescent Heights was represented by Gibson Dunn and Greenberg Traurig Maher.
New Frontier for Blackpool
New Frontier and Waypoint Capital are under offer to buy the 300,000 sq ft Houndshill shopping centre, Blackpool, Lancashire, from Blackstone and Catalyst Capital for around £100m – a 6.5% yield. DTZ

Jurys out for McAleer
McAleer & Rushe has sold a portfolio of regional Jurys Inns for £80m – a 6.9% blended yield. LaSalle bought the Jurys Inn Exeter for £16.5m, Sladen Capital Partners bought Keel Wharf, Liverpool, for £29.2m, The Charities Property Fund bought the Jurys Inn Derby for £14.9m and a private investor bought the Jurys Inn Nottingham for £20m. Cooper Rose Real Estate and HSM advised various purchasers.
