Chicago headquartered DRW Trading is to lease the 36th floor of British Land’s and Oxford Properties’ Leadenhall Building, nicknamed the Cheesegrater, EC3.
It will pay £77.50 per sq ft for the 10,000 sq ft floor.
The latest deal takes the skyscraper to nearly 90% let or under offer, with five floors still available.
DTZ and JLL are leasing agents; Cushman & Wakefield acted for DRW.
