CLS Holdings is looking to refinance Spring Mews, its student housing and hotel scheme in Vauxhall, SW8.
It is understood to be in talks with US insurer MetLife for a five-year loan to take equity out of the asset it completed in November last year.
The property has an estimated value of £90m-£100m and contains a 93-bedroom hotel, 378 student rooms and offices. The loan is understood to be for 60-62% of the value of the property at a margin around 200bps over three-month Libor.
