AEW Europe has acquired St Clement’s House, EC4, from a private vendor for £25m.
The asset was bought on behalf of AEW’s Europe Value Investors Fund. It is the third city property purchased for the fund this year, following 24-28 Martin Lane, EC4, and 65-68 Leadenhall Street, EC3.
The Grade II-listed office building comprises 43,400 sq ft over six floors and is fully let to serviced office company, MWB.
Carsten Czarnetzki, portfolio manager for AEW Europe Value Investors, said: “This acquisition complements our ongoing strategy to create and provide Grade A office buildings in core European markets.”
Europe Value Investors Fund was represented by Savills; the vendor was represented by DTZ.
