Aberdeen Asset Management announces promotions

Aberdeen-Asset-Management-THUMB.jpegAberdeen Asset Management has promoted Simon Moscow to head of asset management for the UK and Stephen Walker to deputy head of asset management.

The promotions follow the departure of head of asset management Giles Easter.

Moscow will oversee asset allocations for the firm’s UK property business, supported by Walker.

Moscow was previously head of retail asset management in the UK and was responsible for a specialist retail parks vehicle. Walker is currently head of Edinburgh asset management for the UK property team.

Tonny Nielsen, head of asset management and transactions, property, said: “Simon and Stephen bring nearly 30 years of experience to their roles and I am confident they will continue to grow the business in the years to come.”
