Grosvenor Fund Management has signed SuperTrash to open its second UK store and its first regional location at Liverpool One.
It comes as Grosvenor has approached lenders to refinance the 1.6m sq ft shopping centre, which has a £385m loan held against it with four banks.
The 3,057 sq ft boutique is situated on lower South John Street, adjacent to the new Zara regional flagship, and opens at the beginning of August.
GFM director of portfolio management Miles Dunnett said: “Securing the first SuperTrash outside London is a great accolade for Liverpool ONE, and a reflection of the strong demand from leading fashion and lifestyle brands to join in our success. SuperTrash’s unique style and affordable luxury are a great complement to our existing line-up and the store is going to be a hit with visitors.”
Hugo Boss has also signed a deal to upsize its store on Liverpool One’s Peter’s Lane.
Metis Real Estate Advisors and Cushman & Wakefield acted for Liverpool One. McKinnon Nelson represented SuperTrash.
