Peel Group and Rowlinson have submitted plans for a 164-flat scheme on Pomona Island in Greater Manchester.
The Nicol Thomas-designed plans call for blocks of 11 and 10 storeys to front Hulme Hall Road, the Manchester Ship Canal and Bridgewater Canal.
The mixed-use scheme is expected to support 2,500 jobs once complete
The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
