A penthouse apartment on Park Avenue, in Manhattan, owned by Donald Trump has been sold for $21m, some $14m below the asking price when the apartment was first listed nearly two years ago.
The apartment has five bedrooms and multiple bathrooms, spread over 6,192 square feet.
The property represented an investment for Trump, who never lived there.
