TK Maxx has signed for 10,000 sq ft at Derwent Group’s Kilner Way retail park in Sheffield.
Taking a 15-year lease on unit two at the retail park, TK Maxx will open in late summer.
Derwent Group controls a 1.74m sq ft retail portfolio, with 55,000 sq ft under construction across the North.
Derwent senior asset manager James Maule-ffinch said: “TK Maxx coming to Kilner Way is fantastic for the scheme as a whole and is great timing for them given that we are nearing completion of the new decked car park and signing up a leisure operator to the scheme.”
