Essential Living has unveiled what is likely to be the first development to be submitted for planning in the new Old Oak Common Opportunity Area.
The residential developer is consulting on plans to build between 480 and 550 private rental flats in two towers of up to 38 storeys on the Perfume Factory site to the south of North Acton station, W3.
The scheme, which also includes 70,000 sq ft of offices aimed at the digital and creative sectors, is currently out for consultation.
A formal application for the Squire and Partners-designed plans is expected in the next few weeks.
