University College London has completed a pair of east London lettings to house its engineering and management schools.
The university’s Bartlett faculty for the built environment and its engineering school have leased more than 30,000 sq ft at Delancey’s former Olympic Press and Broadcast Centre, Here East (pictured), E20, where quoting rents are over £30 per sq ft.
In a separate deal, the university has agreed to lease the entire 28,412 sq ft 38th floor of Canary Wharf Group’s One Canada Square, E14, where it will base its new school of management postgraduate programme.
