SEGRO and Aviva Investors, through their joint venture Airport Property Partnership, have secured a second letting at the Heathrow Cargo Centre to cargo handler Worldwide Flight Services.
WFS has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 82,404 sq ft airside unit B549 Shoreham Road at the west London airport.
In March, WFS signed for the 150,000 sq ft Building 550 on Shoreham Road.
WFS now occupies nearly 400,000 sq ft at Heathrow Cargo Centre across four units.
